Hello Bhadu,

I'm a new user to Multisim, so this may not be exactly what you're looking for.

If you open the Example Finder and type in 8051, you'll find that there is a serial connection example.  The circuit looks like the picture below.

Unfortunately this circuit doesn't have the electrical connection to the RS 232 connector.  But it might be a start.

As I know, Printed circuit board is a non-conductive material with conductive lines printed or etched. Components like capacitors, resistors or active devices are generally soldered on the PCB. PCBs can be single-sided, double-sided and multi-layer.
