cannot customize interface

Hi there,

This is probably a newbie question. I am trying to add the Dynamic Probe Properties command to the Simulate menu. When I drag it over the cursor contains the little box, an arrow and a square with an x in it. The command cannot be dropped and the Simulate is not updated. 

In fact I just noticed that the x is there no matter what command I try to drop onto whatever Category.  Is there some sort of a lock in place.

Hi,

I don't quite understand what you are trying to achieve. Could you attach some pictures? If you are trying to modify the options that are available on the Simulate drop-down menu, I think that is not possible, but I want to understand better what you are trying to do.
