How do I activate the restricted instruments (Spectrum Analyser, etc) in Multisim V 6.2

It depends on which tier of the product you have. And that comes from the serial number you used to install the product. If your edition included these instruments as a feature they will be available, if not they are grayed out or not showing at all.
