Can I replace a trimmer capacitor with variable capacitor in a circuit. Because I can only find a variable capacitor in MULTISIM. I have also attached the picture of the connections for the trimmer capacitor to be used. Please guide me.
Trimmer capacitors are build small and they are used to trim/adjust or calibrate the circuit, so after calibration process you or end user don't need to access them. So yes you can replace it and use variable capacitor.
