Multisim and Ultiboard
Unsure if I am measuring THDi or not.
I want to measure THDv and THDi in a LED lighting circuit so that harmonics can be measured.
I have connected one distortion analyser to the circuit and the other via a current clamp. The one I would have thought would measure THDv get a reading of 42% whereas the THDi (or so I assume) gets a reading of approx 5%. Yet I would expect a THDi of a lot higher and the THDv under 5%. Have I just set this up all wrong to measure those two factors?
