I am getting the same error as well, when I am using the following configuration:-

Multisim Power Pro Edition

V 10.0.144

Windows Vista Home Basic SP1

Any solutions?

Hi Goldust,

The version you are running does not support Vista. You need to install the update that adds support for Windows Vista.

You can get the update through the Support and Update Utility, or from the website.

If you have the professional version, you can get the update from http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/896/lang/en

If you have the student/educational version, you can get the update from http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/931/lang/en

Once you have installed the update, you will need to reactivate the software.
