Laying tracks using any of the line tools often results in the gap between the track and the pad to which is connected being below the minimum track-gap value or 'Clearance to Trace' value set in the pad configuration.
In the attached screen grab the min values are set to 0.128mm whereas the gap trace-to-pad is 0.09mm which causes slivers of copper, and trace lifting during manufacture.
