Ultiboard 10 not saving changes when I uncheck boxes in the Design Toolbox, layers tab

Under Design Toolbox, Layers Tab my changes are not being saved with the design.
For example: If I uncheck the box: "Ratsnest" or "Force Vectors", save and close my design, then re-open it the boxes are checked again.  How to I save my changes.

Thanks for bringing this up... they are certainly not being saved as a file setting, I will pass this feature request to R&D so they can add such functionality.
