Temporary waiver of MultiSim Student version

Dear Mr. Hofstadler,

Here at Florida A&M we use education versions of Multisim. Now that we cannot go to campus, I was wondering if NI would place a temporary waver on the MultiSim student version, through the End of this semester, May 1st. This will allow us and our students to perform online labs.

Please give it some consideration. It will make a big difference.

I know that I have thanked you before I will do it again. I know of at least three of my students that have downloaded it. Those in my Devices class are already using it to construct and test a transistor amplifier circuit that I sent them to do. They are to do the mathematical computations as we would do in class. Then they are to construct the circuit and verify with simulated test equipment their readings.

Can you clarify what happened? I checked the forums and haven't found any indication that they made a student/education edition free temporarily.
