Tektronix oscilloscope and Agilent multimeter display problem

When I use the Agilent multimeter and Tektronix oscilloscope in Multisim parts of both instruments are not visible. See screenshots. I cannot figure out a fix for this. Thanks for any help you can give.

I was unable to reproduce the issue, can you indicate the Multisim version you are using?

They are using the version that is downloaded as the demonstration version, which I think is 14.1. 

My teaching assistant thinks it may be an issue of display settings in windows, "scale and layout," "change the size of text, apps, and other items," and "display resolution," but I have not been able to reproduce the issue using 14.1.

Hi wardjewell and MonicaIgnat,

The problem might be due to combination of OS and version of Multisim. For example, Multisim 14.1 on Windows 10.

If changes in the display configuration can't cure the problem, you may want to try replacing Multisim 14.1 with version 14.2.
