Multisim and Ultiboard
Strange behavior of the 74154N demultiplexer.
Exit number 5 is in a low position. Although in this position, when all inputs A-B-C-D are supplied with low voltage, all outputs must be in high voltage. For various other input combinations, the outputs are set to a low voltage level in any order. I can't get the behavior of the truth table from the documentation in any way.
