We are considering your suggestion and we will make two separate forums in the near future. As for now, since it is a relative new forum for EWB users, the traffic and number of messages is enough for one forum, but we understand that the complexity of PCB layout questions might require a different thread as you suggest, this is why we will follow your suggestion and create another thread, we need to justify it not only with explanations but with traffic.
In the following months we should see an increase in the traffic on the EWB forums, we will make sure messages are answered in a timely manner and community users will feel more encouraged to post messages.
