Hello Nad,

I don't think this is the correct place to make this question. 

Once you've designed the circuit, we could help you with some guidance on how to do the simulation with MultiSim on step 2 of your homework. 

I am sure you will find lots of resources on the internet of your class notes to design the circuit.
