Resistor 'Description' where to edit?

I'm not sure how this field was set but I cannot find where it is, can someone help point me to where you can edit the 'Description' field on a  component?

It's a component in the master database, you cannot modify it. You can only change things like the value and footprint.

The master database cannot be modified because it is the principal backup of the software components. What you can do is to move the part to the user database and then modify it there.
