Question about mc14541D

Been trying to look for this part(mc14541D) on multisim.  I saw it on https://www.electro-tech-online.com/threads/15-second-delay-with-mc14541b.98172/   Is there a place I can download this?

It seems that the component is not available, therefore it might need to be created using the spice model.
