Problems with education licence activation for multisim

Good morning, my university give me a code for activate the multisim educational licence. I logged in National Instruments with my university email and I started the download of multisim 14.2. Once installed, the program asked me for the codes to activate the software. I wrote them, but it appears to me "Activation Warning" and i can not use the program. If someone can help me, i would be grateful.

Have you reported the issue to the person at the university who gave you the activation code?

They will have a contact at NI who can assist with such issues.
