Using the student edition (latest version) and associated lab manual - lab activity 5-1
Build a circuit with (3) 12v sources in series with voltmeter in load shows 36V - Great
But try to add (3) more 12v sources in parallel, I get the error 'Parallel voltage sources found'
Also have seen 'Error : voltage source loop'

In real life, if you connect 2 sources in parallel, they will try to compensate the difference dropping the voltage difference in another component in the net.
In order to run it, you need to add some component where the voltage difference goes in the middle of the 2 sources.

Hi, I'm trying to design a circuit with a double throw relay to choose between two batteries. I can't seem to avoid this error when running a Sim. Should this be possible? Thanks
