PROBLEM WITH COMPONENT IN MULTISIM

The parts UCC27324,27325,37325,etc, are a dual mosfet drivers.

When you place it on the screen work area in multsim 9 version, it shows green,meaning that is just a footprint information not for simulate it.

The strange think is that it has a model associated but it do not works, i've tried several times to simulate a circuit with it.

Anybody knows what is happening? and why a green colour part(meaning a virtual part that do not work) have a model information inside it? and what for?

Hi, I just checked your posting... they have a Generic\EMPTY model associated with them, in other words, no model at all. Like you said, when there is no simulation model available, the component will be used for schematic and layout purposes only, not for simulation.
