Hello forum, As my education license had run out for the semester, i had to reactivate the license. I have the fully updated Multisim Licensing Wizard as well as the updated Multisim and Ultiboard. I have registered my Serial number, and i DO in fact recieve activation codes.
These codes however, trigger the error message: "activation error", and in the email sent with the codes, it says they expire 30th september 2019.
I Have tried different ways of getting updated activation codes through the website, but with no luck.
I Have about 15 emails with the same expired activation codes, i have tried uninstalling everything, and reinstalling with no luck.
Can someone help with this issue?
