Hey KevinVO,

Could you tell me a couple of things, where did you install the circuit design from? A link a CD? If a link could you post it?

What operating system do you have (specific)?

Thanks,

Kind Regards,

Natalia

Hi Natalia,

I installed from this link: http://www.ni.com/gate/gb/GB_ACADEMICEVALMULTISIM/US .

My operating system is Windows 10 (x64 bit).

Thanks for your answer.

Hey,

And have you isntalled the 32 bit or 64 bit version ?

The 64 bit version is not supported on Windows 10

Hey,

I can not choose between the x32 bit or x64 bit for Multisim ? Is that normal?

Hey,

Could you verify the location All Programs » National Instruments » Circuit Design Suite xx.x » Multisim xx.x.

doesn't contain Multisim?

Check out the tutorial:

Hey Kevin,

I have just downloaded from the same link and run the installation, worked all fine for me.

You could try to remove the software or fix the installation

Let me know if it helps,

Hey,

If I see between my list of al my programs i can not find the setup. so remove is probably not an option.

the only thing that is installed on my pc is the "setup.exe" file.
