Multisim doesn't find Ultiboard footprint

I wanted to use the Ultiboard footprint package name INDC2520X220N (surface mount 1008 inductor).  However when I tried to find it in Multisim it did not display it in the Master DB.

I did manage to work round the problem by copying it from the Ultiboard master DB to the User DB, but surely I shouldn't have to do that!!!

I'm griping because it wasn't a user defined footprint, it was one that was shipped with Ultiboard in the Master database, and you guys should have made sure that they were all visible in Multisim.  IOW this is a BUG
