I am a university student performing research. I am attempting to simulate the axon-hillock circuit, which is a subthreshold analog circuit that models it's response after an axon firing. I took virtual transistors and customized their parameters to fit the tangible devices that are fabricated in my lab. The model of the circuit was changed for our research goals; using only P-type transistors, which in turn added a third pseudo-CMOS inverter. Is there any parameter that allows Multisim to look at the subthreshold operation like MOS level? Attached is a schematic of my circuit.
