Hi everyone, I have a problem. I am doing simulations on MOSFET by using multisim , using BS170 type MOSFET. I want to see the 'MOSFET device instance declaration parameters' especially width and length. when I entered the BS170 I can olnly see the information that I added as a folder (BS170question). To calculate the value of K, I have to use the formula K= Kp/2* (W/L). In that case I can reach the value of Kp by using info which is in added document, but in programme somewhere there must be the information of width and length of this type of mosfet.
I need help, because I could not find where the width and length information. ( I am new in Multisim)
