Problem: ! A student who perviously signed-up for the beta version of the on-line Multisim Live Simulation program can no longer get into the program and use it; the student has tried to reset the Password, but appraently the request is not recognized by the program. Is it possible that the beat version of Multisim Live will permanently "lock-out" a user if too many "failed" login attempts are made? If so, is there a way to reset the program? Solution: ?
NI Multisim Live works with your NI Account, resetting the NI Account Password should fix the problem.
When he clicks on forgot password he should get an email to the email address he used to create his NI account. In the email he will receive the instructions to reset the password.
Remember that Multisim Live is free at the moment, so you can use another account to continue using Multisim Live.
