Multisim Blue Still Unlicensed

Hi,

 

So I have a number of machines that had Multisim Blue installed, that are now unlicensed.

 

I see this document in the knowledgebase, but following the directions doesn't work at all.

Can Multisim Blue not be used at all any more, or is there some other issue at play?

I have a few questions:

 

1. Did you see the getting started link at the bottom of that article?

2. Please may I ask which steps don't work?

3. Do you get any error messages?

 

4. I would recommend contacting NISupport and asking for Operations, as they may have further details.

So do you think I should still be able to use Multisim Blue, even after Mouser and NI have parted ways?
