Moved to new server, licence not working!

I recently virtualised out Multisim Server, which appears to have generated a new hardware signature.  Consequently, the licence file is no longer valid and therefor the program will not run.  Anyone got any ideas on how to fix/work around this issue??

Hello,

 

If you are using v.10.x and the Computer ID changed, you will need to get a new license file for your Volume License Manager (VLM). Contact agreements@ni.com. If you have a previous version to 10.x, you will need a new Release Code for your Network License Server; send an email to releasecodes@ni.com including your Serial Number and the new Signature code.
