Tried several things to get this mosfet to work(turn on). Tried to find a datasheet on it. Could not even find that. Need some direction with this particular device.

When you look in the data tables there is nothing there..

The model you are trying to simulate is not working. Just use another one, e.g. MTP15N05E.

There is not another with this label....Not sure when you go into the pin menu why none of the pertinent information is not entered????

The "pertinent" information was not available for the orignal FET you were trying to use. The one I suggested you has.
