Checking prices for a customer I see only subscription options on the web.  Is there no longer any option to make an outright perpetual purchase anymore?

Beginning Jan 2022 NI is moving towards subscription-based licenses only, please read this article for more information.

Note - I am not sure if it applies to Multisim/Utilboard but it is a general NI wide adoption.
