MOC 3021 on Multisim

Hi all, I am trying to use an MOC 3021 opto isolator for to control an ac load using a micro controller. I was not successful in finding an alternative. Is there anyway i can implement it? Thank you in advance.

Hi,

As what I found, Multisim is based on SPICE, the simulation model for the MOC3022 / 1 is unavailable.

Maybe you can try to use a variable voltage source with voltage control and another device to simulate the Opto TRIAC MOC3022.

or maybe you can create the symbol for the MOC3021 using the Component Wizard in Multisim
