MCU Metalink Assembler 8051 with Windows 10

For every Assembler-Code I will get the following error:

No listing file generated by assembler. (Invalid $INCLUDE directive? Semi-colon after $MOD directive?)
Assembler-Ergebnisse: 1 - Fehler, 0 - Warnungen

Every Programm starts with $MOD51, but it doesn't work.

Is there a solution for this problem?

Yes, I read the manual, but the asm51.exe doesn’t work under Windows 10 64 bit I think. The assembler doesn’t load the MOD51 File and so no list file is generated.
