This message has been in backlog for several weeks, I will respond to it so we can take it off from the 'unanswered' section. I'm glad that finally you got your SW to work properly, usually, when you need to fix 'installation' problems, the best thing to do is a complete reinstall, I have worked many years in SW and whenever something goes wrong in the first stages you better start all over again. I'm not sure on the specifics of your case, but this is just a friendly comment. Any installation problems will arise when you run a SW program for the first time usually.
