LM5101A Subckt Errors

Hello, I was trying to simulate the LM5101A from Texas Instruments but Multisim displays several errors such as invalid subckt definition name and even missing subckt definition name (see error image file). I provided the lib file that I used to create the LM5101A model below. I also provide the original LM5101A lib file from Texas Instruments.

Any help would be appreciated
