Instrumentation Amplifier causes crash

Hi, I'm an electronics student working on an active noise reduction circuit for the microphone on the
the system I'm working on. One microphone picks up the user voice + ambient noise while the other picks up only the ambient noise. Both signals are filtered then the noise from the other microphone should be removed from the first microphone leaving only the user's voice. The simulation I'm working on keeps crashing when my input signal is through the Labview Microphone; however, it doesn't crash when I'm using a signal generator and the thermal noise generator. I have isolated the problem, which is the instrumentation amplifier that makes the simulation crash. Can you please help me? Attached is the multisim file and the research paper I'm referencing on. Thank you.
