I have not found a model for this either. I do have the layout package without a model in my database. I will look into seeing if a model can be created using the darlingtons that are in the database. I will have to get back with you on this later after I do my research and try this out to see if it will work. If I am able create a component I will post it for you.
I am still in the process of trying to create a model for this. I have one of the darlington pairs layed out in a schemtic and it seems to work. Now the only thing I have to do is to copy this one multiple times and interconnet the Com and Grnd and then add all the pins. Then I can create and test a component.
I may be a while doing this. So please have patience.
Sorry it has been a while on this. It ended up being more complex that I had at first thought. I gave it my best shot here. I am going to post a schematic with part on it so you can save it to your database.
