I am not able to install the electronics work bench on my laptop. When the cd is inserted, and i click on the cd drive, nothing shows up in the E drive. What should I do next..??? Is it something wrong with the CD or something else...

Hi,

There are a couple of ways you could try to make this work, however, the first thing we need to do is to check if your CD is a working CD... please try to load the CD of EWB in another computer or CD drive, and if it works somewhere else then we have a good CD, in case we don't then please download the Evaluation Version from our website (http://www.electronicsworkbench.com/).

If the CD is ok in another PC then you can try any other CD in your CD drive and make sure the drive reads perfectly fine.

In case the CD is read perfectly but is not launching you could right-click over the drive letter (under the folder view) and select 'autorun' or 'autoplay', or you could also select 'explore' and look for a setup.exe file.
