How to filter out DRC error Component to close to Component

Hi all!

In my project I have a lot of components squeezed together and the DRC window fills up with dozens of "The components J5 and U12 are too close or overlapping each other." error messages.

Becuase of these it gets difficult to spot any other error - I was not able to find the error in the FilterManager of the DRC - thus not able to filter it out.

Anybody has any ideas how to filter these out? Could someone tell me which filter is it in the FilterManager as I am unable to tell?

The only way found to get rid of this type of DRC Error is that when it pops up in the DRC Window is to click on it and select Add to Filter. This will place a filter for this type of error into the Filter Manager and it will no longer flag this option nor display it in the DRC Window while leaving all other DRC errors alone. I can't find a way to save the Filter options for use in other designs. I do believe though it will be saved with your project when you save that file.

I hope this helps as this is the only way I could find to do it.

Correction to my last post. The filter is not saved with the project file. This mean that this will have to be filtered each time you load your file or with any new design.
