How to convert an inductor/capacitor to a zload

Hello Im a 1st yr EE student and I have no proper learning in using multism. I am just wondering why I cant convert properly a simple AC circuit with resistors, inductors and capacitors to a circuit but instead of inductors and capacitors it is in z-load. When I run it, the values are not the same between the 2 circuit. And another thing, why if I rotate the z load's orientation the values becomes different?

Post your circuit(s) so other members may understand you better. You can attach the file(s), other members who do not have Multisim might be able to provide help if you can also attach the image(s)/screenshot(s) of your circuit(s).
