How to choose a level 3 MOSFET model

Hello,

I am learning Multisim. I have two questions.

1. For the circuit in the link, is it a level one MOSFET mode? If it is, how can I change it to level 3 or find one?

2. If I specify t_ox and N_sub, will the simulator give me the V_T, KP, and other dependent parameters?
