Help on a Binary to 7 segment display

I built a circuit, granted I am fairly new to multisim and circuits, but the way I built my circuit my professor said it was close but wrong because the display is supposed to go up to 9 and mine stops at 5 and resets and I cannot figure out why. I left an attachment to the circuit below since I cannot figure out how to post a picture.

is the attached circuit the right solution for your problem? (I've simply modified one connection in your original file: the counter must be reset at 10 = 2^3 + 2^1, so bit b3=QD  (not b2=QC) e bit b1=QB must be "anded" to U1A).
