Help ! How to create a 3.3v D-FlipFlop ?

Hi , All : I failed to create a D flip flop working at 3.3v VCC . I only found some components targeted at tiny 3V technology , but 3v is not what I want because the actual circuits implement LVCOMS 3.3V technology. Finally I had to turn to VHDL Component but unfortunely their outputs are all wrong ! ( Enclosed please find the example). Does anyone know how to create a D flip-flop component which can output 3.3v voltage correctly ? Thankyou very much !!!!

As a suggestion, build it using MOSFETs.  ...unless that isn't allowed for some reason.
