Fourier Analysis : wavelength longer than time span ??

Hi all,

I am running the Simulate->Analysis->Fourier Analysis of multisim

But it always shows "wavelength longer than time span" after a few minutes of simulation, what does it mean ? Thanks.

P.S. My circuit has two signal source(100Hz and 1000Hz) and I want to see the frequency response of the whole system.

My setting in Fourier analysis :

Hi Nate,

Could you post up your schematics so that we can do further analysis?

Hi Nate,

Maybe you can try the following settings:

Frequency resolution: 60K

# of harmonics: 5

End time: 0.0001

You should be able to get something reasonbale then. Hope that helps.

Hi Derek,

I still get the same error message with your setting. And I would like to observe the frequency response with finer frequency resolution, that is why I set the frequency resolution as low as 10Hz. The frequency response that I interested is like this :

Do you have any suggestion on this ?

Thanks anyway.
