Exporting custom foot print from Ultiboard to Multisim - HELP

I have lost at least 3 days a this.  I have followed the instructions given at http:/digital.ni.com/pubic.nsf/7fcbde7e24d6cce86257214.........

And cannot get them to work.

I have generated the desired foot pring using Ultiboard and stored it in a subdirectory of the user db named customfootprints.

I follow the given instructions up to step #8 clicking the add button selects the first foot print in Multisims existing Db - When I brouse available footprints, I do not see the subdirecory of the custom foot prints I generated.

PLEASE HELP - I am unable to get passed this - Help needed
