Error code ni-msvcrt-2008(9.1.1.49152-0+f0) upon trying to download multisim 14.2

Hey not sure what is going on with my pc with downloading Multisim 14.2 Education, to note i was able to download on my laptop before but I now need it on my desktop. When I went through the process of downloading it the installation package always gives me an error saying:

There was a problem executing your request.

An error occurred while installing a package: error ni-msvcrt-2008(9.1.1.49152-0+f0)

please check your internet connection and try again.

I don't have a internet connection issue. I have also tried disabling windows fast startup on my end to no avail either. Anyone know how to fix this?

There's none yet but another member posted a problem similar to this, Error code ni-msvcrt-2008(9.1.1.49152-0+f0) upon trying to download multisim 14.2.
