You may have a missing license file. Follow this link and download the appropriate license file: http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/fn/p/sn/n23:4.6863/lang/en

After downloading the file select from the START  button All Programs>National Instruments>NI License Manager. Once inside Lincense Manager select Otions>Install License File. Navigate to where you stored the file and select it, Follow any addition instructions from that point to activate it.

I hope this helps. Have a Nice Day.

Roman,

This is generated when the license files are not properly installed or they have been deleted. You can try to repair the installation and/or re-install the software from the original CD, or if you downloaded the evaluation, make sure you have unzip the files in your local disk (C:).

Individual license files should be installed when you repair, on any case, you can find the specific license to use depending on the Edition you have in here:

ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/circuitdesignsuite/licenses/10.0

And they should go in here:

C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\License Manager\Licenses
