Dowload reported as trojan by Windows security

I am attempting to run the file "ni-cds-educational_14.2_online_repack2.exe" in order to download mulitsim and Windows defender on Windows 10 is reporting it as a trojan. What's going on here?

Where did you get the file from?

Submit it to virustotal to get second opinions.

File was downloaded from the link at https://www.ni.com/en-gb/support/downloads/software-products/download.multisim.html#312060

I know Windows Defender sometimes has false positives but to be on the safe side, I'm not installing is until Windows doesn't flag it.
