Does EWB educational edition include all features?

1) Does the ($399) educational edition of Multisim V9 and Ultiboard V9 include all the features of the Powerpro edition.
2) Can this edition be configured as floating license?
3) Are the files created by the education edition readable by other editions?

1.  It is true many feature in the power pro are found in the edu.

2.  There is a floating version available, you will need is to install a license manager,

3.  It does not matter which level the circuit was created with, it can be open by all versions.

Example:  Circuit created in EDU can be open by the student version,
