Counter error

Hello everyone, new here.
I am having trouble running the counter. I get this error: "An error has been found in the netlist. Do you want continue anyway?" When I continue, the counter does not seem to run properly. Please see attachment. If you set all input A-D to zero, Clear to 0, and Load to 1, and click UP, nothing happens. Is this affected by the error message I get, or have I set up the circuit wrong?
