Hello
I am struggling to figure out how to simulate currents and voltages across a cored coil of wire. I have a stainless steal core that is wrapped in copper wire. I am adjusting the resistance with a potentiometer. I've tried using the coreless coil and magnetic core but either I am not understanding how to use them or I'm not putting in the correct data but I am not getting good results. Using just an inductor is not accurate enough due to the transient times of an inductor and the effect a core has on this. Would appreciate any guidance I can get on this.
Thanks
