Components not showing up in search

I have several students that are not able to locate components in the search bar such as the D Flip Flop and several other components.  Anyone have an idea why this is happening for some and not others?

Which simulation tool are you using, Multisim (Desktop) application or Multisim Live?

Your problem might be related to this.

Please have the students clear their browser cache.

Hello, I actually had students update their serial codes for the premium version that were posted for the PLTW program.  I was not informed that they had to update their serial numbers and that worked. thanks for help though.
