Multisim won't change to my new email address after I've changed it in ni.com. I really need to change my email address and I've tried so many times, please help me.

Have you tried logging out and logging back in?

I tried to sign in with my new email address and finally popped up something new for me to confirm that it's the email. I went back into my Multisim profile and it did change to my private email address! :-)) Thanks for your help.
